      Willem Wissing (1656-1687) fue un retratista holandés reconocido en Inglaterra como sucesor de Peter Lely. Pintó a la realeza como Carlos II y Catalina de Braganza, con un estilo elegante que rivaliza con Godfrey Kneller.

Headpiece, standing in armor to the right with command staff in the right hand, the left hand resting on a helmet. At the bottom of a dog's head. In the background, a battle. Most likely based on a prototype by Sir Peter Lely.
