He Youzhi was born in 1922 in Zhenhai, Zhejiang Province. He is a famous comic artist and line drawing master. In 1949, he began to draw comic strips independently. He has been engaged in the creation of comic strips for more than 50 years, and has created more than 100 comic strips.
