Arnold Houbraken (1660-1719) was a Dutch painter of mythological & religious scenes, portraits, & landscapes. Best known for 'The Great Theatre of Dutch Painters,' a vital resource for Golden Age art history & artist biographies.

On the ground, her clothes are in a lot. A grinning man with a hat looks over the artist's shoulder. On the left a window, on the open hatch is a picture hung. Copy to a mezzotint from Nicolaes Verkolje to Arnold Houbraken.
