      Portrait of Antonie Frederick Jan Floris Jacob Baron van Omphal, Lieutenant General, extraordinary adjutant of Z.M. den Koning, Supreme Indentant of the Royal Palaces, Knight of the Military Willemsorder fourth class, Kommandeur of the Order of the Oikenkroon, decorated with the buckle of XXXV yearling service, Knight of the Legion of Honor, Kommandeur of the Guelphen-order and of the Dannehogs-order. Knight of the Johanniter-Orde, of the Order of St. Anna second class with diamonds, of the Red Eagle second class, of the Order of the Sword with the Great Cross and of St. Stanislas. Headpiece, standing in uniform with all kinds of honour marks and decorations on the chest. Right above his gun. The Military Willems Order of the fourth class received Omphal for his earnings in Waterloo. At the Battle of Waterloo he was part of the third division under the command of David Hendrik Chassé. This unit with South and North Dutch came into action for the first time at 7.30 p.m. On June 18, Omphal was one of the guests for the famous Waterloo Banquet, a dinner that took place at the Waterloo gallery in Wellington's Apsley House since 1830. The Duke honored him with a toast: General Baron de Omphal, and the Army of the King of the Netherlands.
