Kelimu·Nasierding (1947-2014), Uygur, graduated from the Art Department of the Central Academy of Nationalities in 1967, then graduated from the Graduate School of Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1981, and went to the Lu Xiaguang Painting Studio of Paris International Art City in 1988 for further study. He was president of Xinjiang Academy of Painting, vice chairman of Xinjiang Association of Fine Arts, director of China Artists Association, executive director of China Oil Painting Society, and representative of the Eighth National People
