Feria de las Flores in New York

Two thousand eighteen color photo of four teenage parade queens in Queens, New York City. They pose shoulder-to-shoulder in front of a brick-and-iron fence. They wear tall tiaras and sashes reading “Reina, Desfile Hispano de Queens” (or “Queen, Hispanic Parade from Queens”). Three of them wear over-the-knee dresses and one–in the center–wears a long dress with floral applique above the hemline. Three hold flags of Latin American countries (Ecuador, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic). Two girls hold two flags each.
