Powder blue bodice and off-white skirt, heavily sized Spanish cotton mechanical lace Evening dress; fitted bodice; ankle-length; irregularly edged off-the-shoulder neckline; elbow length sleeves; fitted natural waist, wide white taffeta faille picot edge sash; full,lightly gathered double-tier skirt, hems edged with powder blue lace; center front hook and eye closure concealed by fixed bow; white organdy lining.
