Jacopo Tintoretto, born Jacopo Robusti in Venice around 1518, was a Venetian Renaissance master renowned for his dramatic compositions, bold brushwork ('Il Furioso'), and innovative use of light & perspective. He immersed himself in anatomical study, repo
