Adriaen van Cronenburg (c. 1525-after 1604) was a Northern Netherlandish painter known for realistic portraits of Dutch nobility and bourgeoisie during the Golden Age. His works, active in Friesland & Groningen, showcase detailed oil painting techniques influenced by Flemish masters.
