Nam June Paik proposed establishing a tiger farm in the DMZ. In a message delivered with animated hand-writing in colorful crayons on a matrix of printed blank television screen frames, Paik proclaims: “DMZ MUST BECOME A TIGER FARM. TO ATTRACT JAPANESE TOURISTS. TO PRESERVE AN ECOLOGICAL PARADISE. TO EAT UP INVADERS.”
