Interior of a kitchen, in the middle a young woman sits by a basket picking a partridge. On the right comes a kitchen maid walked in with a tray of fish. On the left is a child in a chair playing with a doggy. Right for a copper bowl with different kinds of vegetables and a broken jar. Right behind a fireplace above which a painting hangs. Against the back wall a shelf with plates and jars. On the left at the open window a copper milk can and other household goods. On the ceiling hangs a wild crown with partridge.
