Popov Victor Borisovich (1923-1981) was a Belarusian sculptor. He worked in the field of easel and monumental sculpture. He took part in the architectural and sculptural decoration of the buildings of the Minsk Suvorov School, the Theater for Young Spectators, and the Palace of Culture of Belsovprof.
